• It is important to wash your knee sleeves frequently (after every second or third use). This helps to restore and maintain their elastic properties while removing accumulated perspiration, oils, dirt, bacteria, and dead skin.
  
  Your knee sleeves can be washed by machine, although hand washing is recommended. When using a washing machine, be sure to place the knee sleeve in a mesh lingerie bag to prevent snagging. Use the gentle cycle and avoid hot water. Avoid bleach products, harsh scrubbing, and machine drying.
• We recommend that you clean and disinfect the skin in between use to prevent heat rash and chafing.
