PhysFlex.com Return and Refund Policy

 

30-Day Return Window: At PhysFlex, we prioritize your satisfaction. You have a 30-day period from the day your item arrives to initiate a return if needed.

Return Eligibility: For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the condition you received it: not worn or used, with all original tags attached, and within its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Initiating a Return: Should you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at support@physflex.com. We value your feedback and are here to assist with your return process.

Approved Returns Process: Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send back your item. Please note, returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Handling Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us right away at support@physflex.com. We’re committed to rectifying any issues promptly.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, we suggest you return the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can then place a new order for the desired item.

EU Customers - Cooling Off Period: For customers in the European Union, in addition to our 30-day return policy, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as per EU regulations. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Refund Delays: If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@physflex.com.
