To keep your calf sleeves in optimal condition and to ensure their effectiveness, we recommend following these care instructions:

• It is important to wash your calf sleeve after each use. This helps to restore
  and maintain their elastic properties while removing accumulated perspiration, oils, dirt,
  bacteria, and dead skin.
  
  Your calf sleeves can be washed by both hand and machine. When using a washing
  machine, be sure to place the calf sleeve in a mesh lingerie bag to prevent snagging.
  Use the gentle cycle and avoid hot water. Avoid bleach products, harsh scrubbing, and
  machine drying.
• We recommend that you clean and disinfect the skin in between use to
  prevent heat rash and chafing.
• We suggest replacing your calf sleeves every 6-9 months, depending on
  the frequency of use.
